I had a wonderful experience at Inspire Vision Development Centre. From the moment I walked in, the staff were welcoming, friendly, and professional. The clinic is clean, organized, and runs efficiently. Dr. Patel took the time to thoroughly explain every part of the eye exam, answered all of my questions, and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. I really appreciated how knowledgeable and patient everyone was. It's clear that they genuinely care about their patients and provide the best possible care. I had been struggling with constant pain, memory loss, migraines and brain fog for 15 years after a traumatic brain injury. I have seen multiple doctors including several neurologists and no one mentioned it as maybe an issue with my nervous system until I saw Dr Patel. He was confident that his team could help me. With nothing to lose and a desperate need to improve my quality of life I decided to give Vision Therapy a try. I have been seeing his vision therapist Leanne for the past 4 months and the gains I’ve made are more than I could ever have hoped for. Leanne is an extremely compassionate and skilled therapist who has literally changed my life. The brain fog is gone after 15 years, memory improved and pain and headaches are minimal. I was skeptical at first but there’s no arguing with the results. I saw Dr Patel for my first review and he also saw significant gains in my testing. Who knew that vision was way more than 20/20 clarity and was a direct path to my nervous system. I owe this practice way more than I could ever repay. Thank you Vision Development Team for being so compassionate and committed to my health and quality of life. I would recommend them to anyone with eyes. Seriously!!

I had my eye examination today at Inspire Vision Centre. Both of the ladies at the front desk were very friendly and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions. Dr. Patel was very pleasant and he explained everything he was doing and why. He took his time so I didn't feel rushed. Dr. Patel is also very knowledgeable. I also noticed how clean the office is. I will definitely be going back there for my next appointment.
 

After struggling with the issues of using contact lenses for years, finally visited here and thanks to Dr. Brij Patel for suggesting me to go for Scleral Lenses which made my life so easier and vision sharper, he helped me during the whole process to make sure it fits perfectly until I get comfortable with it.

I had an urgent issue and even though I had not seen Dr Patel before, he made time for me on the same day. He was very thorough and explained everything that was going on, communicated with my family doctor and created a referral and follow up as well. Really terrific thanks doc!

Dr. Patel & Leanne were absolutely amazing with our 7 year old son. Our son needed vision therapy so we had the honour of getting 2 appointments with Dr. Patel within a 4 month period and 15 therapy sessions with Leanne. They were respectful, flexible, super understanding, and extremely articulate at breaking down and explaining all of the different tests my son had to do with them regarding the eye equipment testing and the therapy sessions and what each and every result meant. Dr. Patel & Leanne took the time to check in with my son to see how he was handling each and every appointment/session and if he needed any breaks. Dr. Patel & Leanne were super patient and kind and had thorough conversations with both my husband and I during our visits. They both made every appointment/session super fun and very relaxing for our son. The care and love that both Dr. Patel & Leanne have for their clinic and patients shines through the passion they both put into making sure they were checking everything to the fullest. They talked to our son directly instead of asking us questions and having us answer which is extremely important to us. They treated our son like a patient and didn't underestimate our son's ability to express himself through his own answers. We super highly recommend Dr. Patel, Leanne and their staff. They are amazing health professionals who work at an amazing place with amazing people, full of big hearts and knowledge and they will always provide a positive experience! Dr. Patel is amazing! It was my first time visiting, and I’m so glad I went. He really helped me understand what was going on with my eyes and clearly explained my condition. He also recommended the best eye drops for my dryness, which made a big difference. I will definitely be coming back again!
